Adam Looney

BIO
Adam Looney is a Houston area native where he has lived and practiced his entire career. After graduating from Abilene Christian University with a degree in Psychology, he attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. After law school, Adam started his practice at one of the most prestigious law firms in Texas, representing international corporations and institutions in high-stakes disputes.
In 2017, Adam started Looney Law with the goal of bringing trustworthy, practical, and personalized legal services at an affordable price. Since beginning this own practice, Adam found his calling in family law, representing individuals and families in divorces, child custody matters, and other family law cases, including complex international custody disputes and high net worth divorces.
Adam has three wonderful children and lives in Montgomery County, Texas. He enjoys lifting weights, reading, yoga, live music, and the outdoors. Adam plans to visit all 63 National Parks before his 50th Birthday.

Nina Kinser
Paralegal and Director of Operations
Nina is a certified paralegal through NALA, The Paralegal Association, and an active member of the Paralegal Division of the Texas State Bar Association.
With years of experience running businesses since the age of 21, Nina brings a unique perspective to Looney Law PLLC, helping to organize and strengthen the foundation built by Adam.
Known for her friendly and upbeat attitude, Nina loves connecting with clients and providing exceptional support to everyone who walks through our doors. She’s always ready to brighten your day with her kind words and positive energy.
Outside the office, Nina is passionate about animals, is a lifelong equestrian, and enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and caring for her beloved dog.
