Looney Law PLLC is excited to announce that Nina Kinser has joined the firm as a Certified Paralegal and Director of Operations, strengthening the firm’s commitment to providing organized, responsive, and compassionate legal support to clients throughout Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.
Nina is a Certified Paralegal through NALA, The Paralegal Association, and an active member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. Her professional training, client-focused approach, and strong organizational skills make her an important addition to the Looney Law team.
Before joining the firm, Nina spent years running businesses beginning at the age of 21. That experience gives her a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of how strong systems, clear communication, and attention to detail can make all the difference. At Looney Law, Nina helps strengthen the foundation built by attorney Adam Looney by improving organization, supporting client communication, and helping ensure that each case receives careful attention.
For clients, Nina’s role means more than behind-the-scenes support. She brings a friendly, upbeat presence to the office and genuinely enjoys connecting with the people Looney Law serves. Family law clients often come to the firm during stressful and uncertain seasons of life, and Nina’s warmth, positive energy, and steady support help make the process feel more manageable.

Outside the office, Nina is passionate about animals, is a lifelong equestrian, and enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and caring for her beloved dog.
